Refunds and cancellation

Risetive Pro is $29/year, billed once a year, and renews automatically each year until you cancel. There is no monthly plan and no free trial.

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the account menu. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then returns to a free account.

Your first purchase is eligible for a full refund if you ask within 14 calendar days of purchase. Write to [email protected] with your account email.

You do not need to give a reason for a request made within those 14 days. An approved refund goes back through the original payment method. A refund ends the plan straight away and the account returns to free.

Renewals are not covered by the first-purchase refund, so cancel before your renewal date if you do not want the next year. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

The price includes applicable tax, so you pay the amount shown. Payment is handled by Stripe and sold through Link, its merchant of record, whose name appears on your receipt and statement.
