Sign in from your client
Clients that support MCP authorization register themselves and start the browser sign-in on their own. No client ID, secret, or API key is needed.
Add the server
Add the server URL as a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server. Client menus and configuration formats vary.
Call a tool that needs an account
The call answers 401 Unauthorized with the OAuth details the client needs, and the client opens a browser window.
Sign in and approve
Sign in with your Risetive account, or create a free one, and approve access to your profile.
Keep researching
The client retries the call and keeps the authorization for later calls.
Do not paste a website cookie or a manually copied access token into your client.

What the endpoint answers when a call cannot complete.
401 UnauthorizedThe tool needs a signed-in Risetive account, or the access token is invalid or expired. Clients that support MCP authorization start the sign-in themselves. | Free calls used upWithout an account, the tool result says today's free calls are used up.
