Billing and taxes
The monthly plan is billed US$19 each month and the annual plan US$199 once per year. Both renew automatically unless cancelled.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and the final amount payable are shown clearly before you agree to pay.
Activation and access
Pro is delivered as access linked to your Risetive account, not as a downloadable file. The activation date and paid access period are confirmed with your order.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation at support@trovestep.com before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund ends it earlier.
14-day first-purchase refund
Your first purchase of either plan is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of purchase. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Research access covers data available within Risetive, not every product or the entire internet. It does not include internal databases, private user data or unrestricted resale and bulk export. Data coverage varies.
Agent chat is currently available at no charge to signed-in accounts. The MCP guide is public, but MCP client access and dependent plugin integrations are not currently available. Neither is included in the planned Pro offer.
