Research evidence

src/suggest.ts builds a completion Choice from candidate history commands, calls client.systemOne, and sorts the original commands by returned probabilities.
Absent from the baseline. Ranking existing commands is different from a general Jev CLI or model router.
Does not establish that a suggested shell command is safe. History can contain sensitive data; this investigation did not load the user's history.
